Commercial and Competition

We serve our clients’ businesses, and as such trade and commercial contracts is a focus of our practice. Domestic and cross-border sales, agency and distributorships, consumer and standard term contracts, outsourcing, trade finance as well as competition-related matters (incl. behavioural issues and merger clearances) and all other aspects of commercial activities are what we help our clients deal with.

We have, for example:

• advised a global leader in power and automation technologies on the legal issues they have encountered in their activities embracing Estonia, including cross-border supply contracts;
• been serving as counsel to the Estonian branch of a leading European provider of fertilizer products on their business agreements;
• advised on the discounting practices within the highly competitive banking market in Estonia; etc.
