Corporate counselling forms the core of our practice. Be it general corporate law issues, capital markets transactions or complex mergers and acquisition deals, our lawyers are capable to deliver effective and time-efficient results tailored to the individual needs of our clients. We serve as legal advisers to a wide range of domestic and multinational companies and institutions, of which several are leaders within their industry and geographical market.

We have advised, for example, purchasers and sellers in high-profile share and business acquisitions, been legal advisor to the issuer in one of the largest and somewhat landmark public share offerings in the recent years of Estonia. On the insolvency and corporate restructuring side we serve, for instance, as primary counsel to the credit control department of one of the largest banks in Estonia advising on debt collections and restructurings, insolvencies and reorganization of the debtors and other related activities. Other practices include formation and winding-up of companies, corporate governance, corporate finance (incl. public and private equity as well as debt finance), commercial contracts, etc.
